Webster Burners – High Swirl Firing Head Burner – HDS(X) Series
The HDSX is a burner that offers improved efficiency through higher turndowns (up to 12 to 1 on Natural gas). It is based on the proven HDRV burner with a new firing head and improvements to other components to support the higher turndown and lower emissions. The firing head places a high spin on the flame which allows for tighter control. 8,400,000 to 63,000,000 Btu / Hr. For firetube, watertube, flextube and firebox boilers. Natural gas, #2 oil, #6 oil, propane, digester gas and other waste gases and liquids. NOx levels down to 20ppm.
